Reservations are suggested and are as important to us as to all of our guests.
Deposits and Cancellations: A one night's deposit or up to 50% whichever is greater is taken upon reservation. Sorry, we do not provide refunds but will be happy to reschedule your reservation should your travel plans change. A 7 (seven) days notice is required prior to you arrival date. A 14 (fourteen ) day notice is required when booking of multiple cabins and all Holiday and Special Event dates. In the event that you cancel with less than the required days notice we will make every effort to rebook your cabin. Upon rebooking a credit will be held on file. Revised reservations must be made within the calender year. In the event we are unable to rebook your stay or you don't show up you will be responsible for your reservation. Guests using other methods of payment other than a valid credit/debit card will be required to provide a $100.00 cash security deposit.
Check in time: 2:00 PM. to 10:00 PM. Please be considerate of our time to accomodate you and not come earlier. If you will be arriving after 10:00 PM please call to make arrangements.Check out time: 10:00 AM
We provide a non-smoking environment. There is a $100.00 cleaning fee charged to your account should smoking occur inside the cabins. This includes the porch's.
No additional overnight guests unless previously arranged. The number of guests per cabin is limited and rate adjustments will occur.
Sorry, we do not accept pets. Evidence of pets in the cabin will result in the lose of stay, no refund and an additional $100.00 cleaning fee charged to your account.
You will be responsible for any damages and/or missing items in our cabins while during your stay.
