Policies
Deposits and Cancellations: A one night's deposit or up to 50% whichever is greater is charged upon reservation. A 7 (seven) days cancellation notice is required for up to a 3 (three) nights stay. A 30 (thirty) days notice is required for anything over a 3 (three) nights stay, as well as all Holiday and special event dates and multiple cabin bookings. Sorry, we do not provide refunds nor do we charge a cancellation fee however, we are happy to reschedule your reservation. As of 12/1/11 all revised reservations must be used within one year. Please call to reschedule so your deposit will be processed correctly. If you cancel with less than the required days notice we will make every effort to rebook your cabin. In the event we are unable to rebook your stay or you do not show up at all please understand you will be charged for the days we are unable to fill. GUESTS PAYING BY CASH OR DEBIT ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID CREDIT/DEBIT CARD APPROVAL FOR $100.00 OR CASH DEPOSIT FOR SECURITY PURPOSES.
All guests including CHILDREN AND INFANTS must be accounted for prior to check-in to avoid loosing your stay. The number of guests per cabin is limited and noted. Some cabins will accommodate an additional guest and a rate adjustment will be made. PLEASE CALL TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL GUEST.
Check in time: 2:00 PM. to 10:00 PM. Please be considerate of our time to accommodate you. Our cleaning time allows for NO EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS. If you will be arriving after 9:00 PM please call to make arrangements. Check out time: 10:00 AM
All our cabins are NON SMOKING. This includes the porch's. Smoking in our cabins will result in an additional cleaning fee plus any damage cost.
Sorry, we DO NOT accept pets IN or ON our property. Pets found in our cabins will result in the lose of your stay, no refund and an additional cleaning fee.
We work hard to keep our property neat and clean inside and out for all our guests to enjoy and ask you do the same. You will be responsible for and charged for any damages, extensive cleaning and/or missing items in our cabins while during your stay.
