CANCELLATIONS
We are a tiny business. We welcome your reservation when your plans are firm.
Please understand that you must take full responsibility for your reservation(s). When you make a reservation, you are making our product unavailable to other potential guests.
Last minute cancelations hurt our business.
If you need to cancel your stay before your payment has been collected – please give us as MUCH notice as possible so we can try to rent the cabin. Please help us try to find someone that might be able to fill the reservation by sending them to the website.
As with many other small businesses, we have faced many challenges over these past few years. We cannot afford to refund last-minute cancellations unless the cabin is re-rented. If possible, we will try to re-rent the cabin until the day of the reservation at 5:00 PM (for each day of the reservation).
Refunds will ONLY be processed if the cabin is successfully re-rented.
A 10% processing fee will be deducted on any refund to cover time lost and merchant fees from initial transaction.
No shows will be responsible for the entire balance.
