If you need to reschedule or cancel or stay before your payment has been collected - please respect that this is a very small and seasonal business and give me as much of a heads up as possible so I can try to rent the cabin out (or you can try to help me rent it out to your friends/people you know!)
Last minute cancellations are usually very difficult for us. This business is our livelihood and we work tremendously hard maintaining these cabins and making them enjoyable for our guests.
As with many other small businesses, the last few years have been a struggle. We cannot afford to refund last-minute cancellations unless the cabin is re-rented. We will try to re-rent the cabin until the day of the reservation at 5:00 PM (for each day of the reservation).
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED IF THE CABIN IS SUCCESSFULLY RE-RENTED.
A 10% PROCESSING FEE will be deducted on ANY REFUND to cover time lost and merchant fees from initial transaction.
No shows will be responsible for the entire balance.
