CANCELLATIONS:
We are a tiny business. We welcome your reservation when your plans are firm.

Please understand that you must take full responsibility for your reservation(s). When you make a reservation, you are making our product unavailable to other potential guests.

Last minute cancelations hurt our business.

PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED FOURTEEN (14) DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION OR WITHIN 24 HOURS IF YOUR RESERVATION IS WITHIN TWO WEEKS.

If you need to cancel your stay before your payment has been collected – please give me as MUCH notice as possible so I can try to rent the cabin. Please help us try to find someone that might be able to fill the reservation by sending them to the website.
As with many other small businesses, we have faced many challenges over these past few years. We cannot afford to refund last-minute cancellations unless the cabin is re-rented. If possible, we will try to re-rent the cabin until the day of the reservation at 5:00 PM (for each day of the reservation).

Refunds will ONLY be processed if the cabin is successfully re-rented.
A 10% processing fee will be deducted on any refund to cover time lost and merchant fees from initial transaction.
No shows will be responsible for the entire balance.

We have very minimal rules here.

Those who don’t abide will be asked to leave without a refund.

PETS: Sorry, pets are not allowed in the guest cabins.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL: Respect your neighbors, the cabins, the river, and our business.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: Any party that shows up with more than that number of people will be turned away without a refund. Please carefully choose the correct number of guests and verify that it is correct on your confirmation email. Please tell me before your arrival if you need to make any changes.

ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS: including… poppers, bang pops, confetti poppers, or other combination of those words; or anything else that makes a popping, banging, or snapping noise and/or creates any amount of litter. Sparklers are A-Okay! Please be safe!

CAMPFIRES/BBQ GRILLS: Please enjoy with caution. Fire safety is important.
It is NEVER OK to dump lighter fluid on an open flame. Here or anywhere else.  Please do not burn trash.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABINS! (yes, this includes the porch!)
Should you choose to smoke in the cabins you will be charged an outrageous cleaning fee (and I will be upset!).
You may smoke outside.

CLEANING: We do all of the cleaning here ourselves. The cabins are carefully and cleaned and thoughtfully turned over for the next guests.

It's a lot of work! Your cleanliness is appreciated.
We do not charge an additional cleaning fee - please don't make us decide that we should! :)
