MINUMUM NIGHTS: 

If a cabin is still available one week prior, the minimum stay will no longer be required. The minimum night requirement will be released in the reservation system at 2PM one week prior.

example: If there is a minimum night requirement for August 27th - if the cabin is still available, the minimum night stay will no longer be required in the reservation system starting August 20th at 2 PM.​

Payment will be processed 7 days prior to your stay.  
 

 SELF CHECK-IN:  after 2:00 PM
SELF CHECK-OUT:   by 10:00 AM

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES:

If you need to reschedule or cancel or stay before your payment has been collected - please respect that this is a very small and seasonal business and give me as much of a heads up as possible so I can try to rent the cabin out (or you can try to  help me rent it out to your friends/people you know!)

As with many other small businesses, the last few years have been a struggle.  We cannot afford to refund last-minute cancellations unless the cabin is re-rented.  We will try to re-rent the cabin until the day of the reservation at 5:00 PM (for each day of the reservation).​

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED IF THE CABIN IS SUCCESSFULLY RE-RENTED.

A 10% PROCESSING FEE will be deducted on ANY REFUND to cover time lost and merchant fees from initial transaction.  ​

No shows will be responsible for the entire balance.

PETS:

SORRY!  PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE GUEST CABINS.
 

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABINS! (yes, this includes the porch!)
Should you choose to smoke in the cabins you will be charged an outrageous cleaning fee (and I will be upset!).

You may smoke outside.
