PAYMENTS I am very willing to work with you if you need to make payments on your reservation instead of paying in full at time of booking - please just make a note in the NOTES TO LYNNE box when you book your reservation.  I will get in touch with you if I have any questions before processing credit card.

Otherwise, payments are taken in full at time of booking.  Payments are run manually, so it may not show on your credit card statement for a few days to a week after you make your reservation.

I have a very easy self check-in and self check-out process to make everything as easy going as possible here.  I live on the property and  am always running around here and there doing something!  I may not be here when you arrive, but I'm probably not too far away.  You will be given my cell phone number in case you need to reach me while you are here.  I'm always a text or call away!

You'll see Chester the Check-In Bear waiting for you in his Green Village Cabins shirt!  An envelope with your name on it will be put on the Check-In board out front of the main cabin (monitored by a security camera). 

Please be considerate of check-in time. I will be cleaning the cabins, running errands, and getting ready for the day prior to 2:00 PM.   Sometimes I have the cabins ready early.   If you put your cell # and a note "text if ready early" in the "Notes to Lynne" box, I will text you that day if I think I might have your cabin ready early.

No worries if you will be arriving late!  The envelope will be waiting for you!

There is a box at the main cabin (my home) for you to drop your key for check-out / deposit money for firewood.  Firewood is for sale (self serve) right out front of the main cabin.


There is a set of stairs to the left of the main cabin that go down to the river (weather permitting!) Please enjoy the river! Be careful - the rocks are slippery!  And please keep an eye on your kiddos back there!

CHILDREN: Kids under 18 stay free!  

PETS: SORRY!  PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE GUEST CABINS.

ALL CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING INSIDE.
 (yes, this includes the porch!)
Should you choose to smoke in the cabins you will be charged an outrageous cleaning fee (and I will be upset!). You may smoke outside.

 

RESCHEDULES / CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS:

Should you need to CHANGE your reservation that is scheduled MORE THAN 30 DAYS in the future -        NO PROBLEM! - shoot me an email or give me a call and I will be happy to change your reservation for you!

Should you need to CHANGE or CANCEL your reservation WITHIN 30 DAYS of your stay, I will be happy to reschedule your stay or refund you:

*IF I AM ABLE TO BOOK THE CABIN OUT FOR THE NIGHTS YOU HAD THEM RESERVED*.  

Please note:  Last-minute cancellations can become very complicated for a small business like this.  While I don't want you to have to pay for a cabin that you didn't get to stay in, I wouldn't be able to keep these cabins happily running with last-minute cancellations \ refunds.  Thank you for understanding!

A 10% PROCESSING FEE will be deducted on ANY REFUND to cover time lost and merchant fees from initial transaction.

No shows will be responsible for the entire balance.

A.  HAVE YOU BEEN IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH A CONFIRMED CASE OF COVID-19?

B.  ARE YOU EXPERIENCING A COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH OR SORE THROAT?

C.  HAVE YOU HAD A FEVER IN THE LAST 48 HOURS?

D.  HAVE YOU HAD CHANGES IN YOUR SENSE OF TASTE OR SMELL?

E.  IF YOU ANSWERED YES TO ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS, PLEASE DO NOT PUT US AND OTHER GUESTS AT RISK AND COME BACK ANOTHER DAY WHEN YOU FEEL BETTER.  ANY DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED.

A COPY OF A NH DRIVER'S LICENSE

(PLEASE EMAIL PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION TO MAINTAIN AN EASY-AS-USUAL CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN!)

OR

A SIGNED DOCUMENT ATTESTING THAT ALL THE PERSON(S) STAYING AT THE CABINS HAVE REMAINED AT A HOME FOR AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVING IN NEW HAMPSHIRE, ONLY GOING OUT FOR ESSENTIAL ITEMS.  WHEN OUTSIDE OF THE HOME, THEY HAVE MAINTAINED SOCIAL DISTANCING AND HAVE WORN FACE MASKS WHEN WITHIN LESS THAN 6 FEET OF ANOTHER PERSON DURING THIS 14 DAY "QUARANTINE."
